TUMC will be kicking off (or re-kicking off in some cases) several small groups starting this fall in addition to our regular Sunday worship and Children’s Sunday School. Come join in a way to connect more deeply beyond Sundays. If you’d like more information or a reminder later this summer, fill out the contact form below! (We promise you’ll just get a confirmation message and then a late summer reminder unless you opt in for more communications).
Youth Group
A brand new start up for the 2026-27 school year! For youth in grades 6-12, this group will engage in service, fun, and spirituality. We expect to meet about twice per month starting in late August!
Queer Faith Book Group
A fall book group exploring spirituality through a queer lens and queer authors. Dates TBD.
Guided Meditation & Contemplation
Following up on last Spring’s “Awakening Joy,” this group is a back-to-basics practice of meditation & contemplation. Will meet approximately twice a month. Dates TBD.
Illuminated Texts
A facilitated artistic exploration of scripture meeting on the first Monday of each month starting in September. Come explore the previous Sunday’s scripture readings with a hands on art reflection each month.
De-Stress Your Money
A shame-free exploration of personal finance guided by a trained financial coach. We’ve all dealt with money stress and feeling like we’re “bad at money.” Through this 6-week course you’ll be given guiding questions and practical tools that really help. An app purchase is optional but not required, as is a sliding scale donation to sustain the program (and the scale starts at $0, really). Tentatively weekly September 8 - October 13th, 6:30 - 8:00pm.
Monthly Book Club
Meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm to discuss the book-of-the-month. All are welcome, even without having read the book (you can always read it later!)
